PRIVACY POLICY
1. KEY DEFINITIONS
1.1. Company or Personal Data Controller – "Laikma", established under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 307144426, registered address Sedos g. 37-18, LT-89131 Mažeikiai.
1.2. Customer or Data Subject – a natural person who uses the Online Store and whose personal data is collected and processed by the Company.
1.3. Online Store – the Company's online store, available at www.laikma.lt, through which goods are sold.
1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company, including the sale of goods through the Online Store.
1.5. Personal data – any information about a natural person whose identity can be established directly or indirectly using data such as first name, surname, email address, IP address, etc.
1.6. Processing of personal data – any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, including collection, storage, updating, disclosure, erasure, and so on.
1.7. Partner – a legal entity providing services to the Company or cooperating on joint projects, including payment solution providers and logistics companies.
1.8. Cookie – a small text file placed on the Customer's device while browsing the website, which helps to recognise the visitor and improve the functionality of the website.
1.9. Direct marketing – activities offering goods or services by direct means (email, telephone, etc.), subject to the Customer's consent.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. By using the Online Store and providing personal data, the Customer agrees to this Privacy Policy and grants the Company the right to process their personal data for the purposes and to the extent set out herein.
2.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
2.3. The Company processes personal data in accordance with the following principles:
- Data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently.
- Data is collected only for clearly defined and legitimate purposes.
- Only data necessary to achieve the purpose is processed.
- Data is kept up to date, and inaccurate data is corrected.
- All information relating to personal data is confidential.
3. COLLECTION, USE AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Data collected:
- First name, surname, email address, telephone number, delivery address, payment details, purchase history.
- IP addresses collected during visits to the Online Store, and browsing statistics obtained by means of cookies.
3.2. Purposes for which personal data is used:
- Carrying out e-commerce: processing orders, issuing financial documents, delivering goods.
- Authenticating the Customer in the Online Store.
- Direct marketing, where the Customer has given explicit consent.
- Customer service and the handling of complaints.
3.3. Data storage:
- Personal data processed for e-commerce purposes is stored for no longer than 5 years from the Customer's last login.
- Data used for Direct marketing purposes is stored until the Customer requests its deletion.
3.4. Customer rights:
- The Customer has the right to access the personal data being processed, to request its correction, to withdraw consent to marketing communications, and to request erasure of the data.
- Requests concerning data processing should be submitted by email to info@laikma.lt, and responses are provided within 30 calendar days.
4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1. Personal data may be transferred to third parties (Partners) who help to carry out e-commerce, including payment platforms, logistics companies and product suppliers, in compliance with data protection requirements.
4.2. The Customer's personal data may be transferred to law enforcement authorities only where this is provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or required by the instructions of a competent authority.
4.3. Payments in the Online Store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475). Your personal information required to execute and confirm the payment will therefore be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
5. USE OF COOKIES
5.1. Cookies are used in the Online Store in order to ensure the proper functioning of the website, to analyse browsing statistics and to tailor advertising messages.
5.2. The Customer may disable cookies at any time in their browser settings. Please note that some website features may become unavailable if cookies are disabled.

6. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1. The Company implements organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure or any other unlawful processing.
6.2. In the event of an incident, such as a data breach, the Company will notify the competent authorities and the Customer within the period laid down by law.
7. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
7.1. The Company has the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
7.2. A Customer who does not agree with the new version of the Privacy Policy must stop using the services of the Online Store.
