We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can use our returns policy.
Return conditions
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of the date you receive it, without giving a reason, except for the exclusions set out below.
- Return period: You may return an item within 14 days of the day you receive it.
- Condition of the item: The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and the original packaging.
- Return costs: Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the item was faulty or damaged.
- Exception – special orders: Items that are made, assembled or otherwise adapted to an individual customer's order (a special order) cannot be returned and are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Return process
- Contact us by email at info@laikma.lt, giving your order number and the reason you wish to return the item.
- Once we have received your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
- After we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund you within 14 days.
Refund conditions
- Refunds for accepted items: Once the returned item has been received and its condition checked, the money will be refunded to your original payment account.
- Refund timing: The refund process can take up to 14 days from receipt and inspection of the item.
- Partial refunds: If an item has been used or returned in incomplete condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.
