The Seiko Prospex SPB505J1 Alpinist "Summit Black" is a new-generation mountaineer's watch featuring a deep black dial and legendary Arabic numerals, inspired by Seiko's first sports watch from 1959. The 39.5mm stainless steel case with Seiko's ultra-hard Diashield coating provides additional scratch resistance, while the sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating ensures excellent visibility. The Seiko 6R55 automatic caliber with 24 jewels and a 72-hour power reserve guarantees reliability for the longest expeditions, and the internal rotating compass bezel helps with outdoor navigation. 200-meter water resistance, a screw-down crown, and LumiBrite coating on the hands and markers make this watch the perfect companion from mountain peaks to ocean depths.
